This dress is the hero piece in this seventh edition of G.E.M, our recurring collection designed by our founder Gemma, which takes inspiration from Riot Grrrl, rebellion and 90s nostalgia. Based on those massive dresses you’d pull out of your parents' wardrobe and try on as a child, this is a purposely oversized dress, that can be dressed down with mucky trainers and a tee underneath, or dressed up when worn alone. It has spaghetti straps that are adorned with little bows, and an empire waist with lots of gathering in the skirt to give it the same volume as your year six school disco dress. There’s an invisible zip on the side to make it easier to get in and out of, and it also has two handy pockets on the hips.
