This tiered mini dress is in a seersucker gingham fabric with an all over bow print, which has a unique placement on each piece. It has a rounded neckline with an open back that has a tie neck closure and short puff sleeves with tie cuffs. It wouldn’t be a Lazy Oaf dress without pockets, would it? So of course there are two side seam pockets.
